Here is some basic information to help you find your way around.


  1. Property Management
  2. To access your Property Management console, click on the 'Owner Home' button on the top of the screen. This will display a list of all properties listed on your account.

    1. Adding Properties

      To add a property, click the 'Add Property' button on the top of the screen.

      You will be asked if you wish to RENT or SELL your property. Click on the approptiate button.

      The following screen will ask for information about the property. Complete this form as accurately as possible. The last options are for pictures.

      To add up to three pictures of your property, click each of the 'Browse' buttons, selecting a different image for each. The images will be displayed in the order you select them. These images can be gif, jpg or jpeg files, and no larger than 75 kb in size.

    2. Updating Properties
    3. To update a property, click the 'Property ID' for the property you want to modify. From here you can modify or delete your properties.

      Be sure to click 'Update' at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

    4. Deleting Properties

      To delete a property, navigate to the Update Property screen as listed above.

      On this screen there is a 'Delete Property' button. Click this button to delete the property you are currently viewing. You will be directed to a warning screen to verify that you want to delete the property. Click the 'Delete this property' to completely remove the property information and images from the server. Once this is done, you cannot retrieve your information.

  3. Payment and Invoicing

      RentHouseFinder.com does not have complicated pricing schemes like the competition. There is a flat $10 charge per 45 days for each property you post. There is a 10 day grace period from when the property is posted when payment will be accepted.

      If 10 days pass before payment is received and you have not contacted us, your property will be deleted from our servers.

      There are two ways to pay for your rental posting, PayPal and snail mail.


    1. Creating invoice

      To create an invoice, click the 'Create Invocie' button at the top of the screen. This will create an invoice of all properties that have not been invoiced to date. If you have multiple invoices, you can delete them and re-create an invoice with all properties that have not been paid for.

    2. Making payments through PayPal

      PayPal is the preferred method of payment. It is easy, fast and secure. To pay using PayPal, just click the 'PayPal - click here to pay' image at the bottom of your invoice. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in and pay, or you can simply pay using a valid credit card or bank account. RentHouseFinder.com does not access, store or share your personal financial information in any way.

    3. Mailing payments

      To mail your payment, send a check or money order and a printed copy of your invoice to:

      Be sure that the payment is mailed with plenty of time to reach Tulsa, Oklahoma. Payments received after this date will be returned, as the data entered has been deleted from our server.

    4. Reviewing invoices

      You will always be able to review your invoices by clicking the 'Review Invoice' button at the top of the Property Management screen. You can verify, print and pay invoices from this page. You will not be able to delete invoices that have been paid.

      Unpaid invoices will be deleted 30 days after they have been created.

      You can also review the latest invoice for a property by clicking on the 'Invoice number" link listed on the Property Manager screen.

      To print an invoice, click the 'Printer-friendly invoice' button at the top of your invoice page.

    5. How do I renew a posting?

      Renewing a property is easier than ever!

      1. Log in, and go to the Property Management screen.
      2. If the property is inactive, click on the word 'INACTIVE' next to the address of the property you wish to renew. This will make the property Active and available for rental.
      3. Click on 'Create Invoice' at the top of the Property Management page.
      4. Check the box next to the property ID that you wish to renew. You can invoice new properties at the same time if needed.
      5. Click 'Create Invoice' at the bottom of the page.
      6. Print and mail the invoice, or click 'PayPal - Click here to Pay' to pay for your invoice.
